For one mug
- Make 80–100 ml of strong moka coffee or a concentrated AeroPress cup.
- Gently warm about 120 ml of milk or a milk alternative in a saucepan. Stop before it boils.
- Whisk in the pan or use a handheld frother for a little foam. Do not shake hot milk in a closed jar.
- Pour the coffee into your mug, add the milk, and spoon any foam on top.
Find your ratio
Use less milk to taste more coffee. Add sugar or syrup only if you enjoy it. Milk alternatives vary, so try the one you already like.
One useful thing
You do not need an espresso machine to enjoy a warm milk coffee.
